Our newly designed Rivet Hole Alignment Tool has been getting a lot of interest abroad.
Designed with the Australian Department of Defence & Defence Science and Technology (DST), it is validated by BAE Systems and Boeing technicians that the tool reduces the time to replace a High torque rivet by > 50% with a greater than > 90% reduction in the potential for damage to holes/panels. The skill level required for Rivet replacement without panel damage has reduced further allowing for greater cost-benefit.
